One of the most important skincare products is undoubtedly an effective sunscreen that can protect your skin from the sun. Not just in the summer, but all year round. And since I learned about my pregnancy, I’ve been very selective with the sunblocks I choose to put on my face and body. But don’t forget, pregnancy-safe means safe for everyone to use! So whether you are pregnant or not, these products make great options.
There are so many choices out there, and I was able to try several — a few that were gifted to me and others, I purchased myself — and in today’s post, I’m sharing 3 of my favorite mineral sunscreens.

3 of my current favorite mineral sunscreens
Pipette’s Mineral Sunscreen (SPF 50): 100% mineral and non-nano zinc oxide, this sunscreen is safe for even babies to use! I use this on my face, neck, and body. I really like that it doesn’t feel greasy or sticky. Plus, it offers SPF 50, which is what I prefer.
AKT Therapy’s Elemental Sun Balm (SPF 30): This isn’t the first time I’ve highlighted this product because it is really unique and truly one of my favorites! I use it to replace my foundation and I love the glowy finish it gives me. If you have sensitive, dry skin like I do, this is a great one to try because it also moisturizes your skin and balances redness, too.
Hatch’s Sunny Mama Face Sunscreen (SPF 50): This was a gifted product from the brand and the latest one I’ve tried. The 100% non-nano zinc oxide formula with sunflower extract has a velvety touch yet it’s really lightweight and it also offers SPF 50. What’s more, in addition to protecting your skin from the sun, it is also designed to protect you against blue light and pollution!
